To bring you the healthiest decaffeinated coffee on the planet, we use our same single origin, shade grown, low acid Arabica coffee beans and incorporate the 100% chemical-free Swiss Water Process. This process soaks high quality green coffee beans in pure, clean water, after which the beans are discarded and the water is run through a carbon filter to trap the caffeine molecules in the filter’s pores.
