Our flagship. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) has been revered since antiquity in traditional Ayurveda as a grounding adaptogen, a plant taken daily to help the body stay steady through ordinary, everyday demands.
Ours is grown from seed on our farm and partner farms in the Pacific Northwest, in nutrient-dense soil, in alignment with the moon in the tradition of biodynamics. The roots are pulled fresh at peak season and made in small batches using our spagyric method.

Suggested Use
Take 1 mL (about 30 drops), 1 to 2 times per day. For sleep, take 1 mL before bed. Shake well before use.
