Gluten-Free Gourmet Blondies

Our handcrafted blondies are made with thoughtfully selected ingredients to create a delicious treat that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. Each batch contains eggs for structure and richness, but egg-free versions can be made upon special request. These blondies are rich, moist, and full of flavor thanks to our premium ingredients and small-batch baking process.

INGREDIENTS:

We use King Arthur Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour (Non-GMO) along with cane sugar, rice flour, rice starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and xanthan gum. Instead of traditional butter or vegetable oils, our blondies are made with our Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils, including select fused or infused varieties such as Lemon, Blood Orange, Persian Lime, or Butter Olive Oil, along with our aged balsamic vinegars (up to 12 years) for added depth of flavor. Popular flavor options include Cara-Cara Orange Vanilla, Key Lime, Lemon, and Vanilla.

Some blondies are finished with a drizzled white chocolate ganache made using vegan, soy-free Enjoy Life chocolate chips and cold-pressed coconut oil, adding a smooth and indulgent finish.

We proudly bake without artificial food dyes, corn syrup, soy flour, or soy oil, keeping our desserts as clean and wholesome as possible.

Because our blondies are made fresh, we typically require 72 hours notice for orders, unless we already have some available in-store as we do bake them regularly.

Rush Orders & Cancellation Policy

• Orders requested for the next business day may not always be possible; if accommodated, a $25 rush fee will apply.

• Orders needed within two days may incur a $20 rush fee if we are able to fulfill them.

• Orders cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled pickup will forfeit the deposit.
