It pairs well with any oil you choose, we have yet to find one that doesn’t match! Our favorite is with Persian Lime or Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oils. This makes a great salad dressing, marinade for seafood or chicken. We drizzled it over fresh pineapple to soak all night and grilled it with steaks the next day.
