This is one of our favorite vinegars which has a blend of warm, sweet, and spicy cinnamon and ripe D ‘Anjou pears. This is excellent as a glaze over pork, duck, ribs, or simply used over sweet potatoes or beets, stirred into chili, or added to any desserts such as syrup over pancakes, ice cream, drizzled over cheesecake. Pairs well with many oils to create marinades or salad dressings. You will want to drink this right out of the bottle!
