JAPANESE SRIRACHA SLAW

Ingredients: (DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE) • 2 cloves garlic minced • 2 tbsp Japanese toasted sesame seed oil • 1 lb ground beef • 10 oz. cole slaw salad mix (add shredded carrots and mushrooms too) • 1 tbsp sriracha • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp honey ginger white balsamic vinegar or Serrano Honey vinegar if you want a little extra spice in your life • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 1/2 tsp white Italian flaked sea salt or truffle salt (if you want more flavor) • 2 tsps sesame seeds • 1 stalk green onion Instructions: 1. Start by heating your sesame seed oil in a large wok with garlic cloves for a few minutes. 2. Add in ground beef and once ground beef is browned, about 5-10 minutes, add in your cole slaw salad mix and toss to combine. 3. Add in sriracha, soy sauce and vinegar and toss. Let this cook for about 5 minutes for the cole slaw mix to wilt. 4. Season with salt, pepper and sesame seeds. Serve with a sprinkle of green onion and enjoy!
