Ingredients 1 (16.7 -ounce ) package double fudge brownie 3 Tbsp Coconut White Balsamic Vinegar 1/3 cup applesauce 1 large egg 1 Tbsp water 1/3 cup(+ more, optional) finely chopped walnuts, pecans, shredded coconut or combination, toasted Directions Until just combined, stir together brownie mix, coconut balsamic, apple sauce, egg and water. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Crumble brownies into a blender and add ½ the nuts and shredded coconut, if desired. Pulse until a ball forms, about 30 seconds. Shape mixture into little balls, using about a heaping tablespoon. Roll in nut/coconut mixture, using little pressure to make the coating stick.
