This is our all-time favorite seasoning for beef stew. It's vegan as is - the recipe calls for a 3 lb chuck roast but you can substitute "meat" of choice to keep it vegan. So easy, so delicious and nutritious. All premium spice blend with none of the added junk. Clean eating at it's best. Package includes a recipe for Beef Stew in Slow Cooker as well as how to make beef stew in the instant pot. Shelf life - 12 months.
