On a keto diet, you can eat desserts that use almond flour and/or coconut flour instead of traditional flour and desserts that use a low-calorie sweetener like Swerve, Monk Fruit, Erythritol, Stevia, and/or allulose. Carbs in desserts come from the flour and sugar so we replace those with low-carb options to make them keto friendly. Keto Desserts are gluten free, legume free, grain free and refined sugar free. That may seem like a lot of "free" things, but I promise these recipes are not free of flavor.
