Our Ultra Premium Denissimo Dark Balsamic Vinegar is one of the most luxurious balsamic vinegars available, aged up to 25 years to develop an exceptionally rich, thick, and velvety texture. Crafted in Modena, Italy using traditional methods and high-quality Trebbiano grape must, this balsamic offers remarkable depth, balance, and complexity.

Denissimo is made from naturally caramelized Trebbiano grape must and slowly aged in five different wooden casks made from mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry wood. Through the traditional Solera aging method, the balsamic matures gradually in Modena, Italy, developing a beautifully layered flavor profile.

This exquisite and exceedingly rare balsamic has a 1.36 density and 4% acidity, creating a luxurious syrup-like consistency and intense flavor. It boasts rich notes of cherry wood, dried fruits, raisins, figs, dark chocolate, and hints of malt, giving it a complex and refined character.

The extended aging process produces a naturally thick texture that makes this balsamic ideal as a finishing vinegar, where its rich flavor can truly shine.
