Warming cinnamon, ginger and clove surround the earthy turmeric and black pepper — with sweet hints of cardamom, anise and fennel. May and/or contain these benefits: Ginger helps with gut issues, cinnamon helps reduce blood sugar levels, turmeric fights off inflammation, and cloves boost your immunity.
