Order Timing

We typically require 72 hours notice for pie orders. During the holidays—especially Thanksgiving and Christmas—we require 7 days notice to properly prepare and organize all orders.

Rush Orders & Cancellation Policy

• Orders requested for the next business day may not always be possible; if accommodated, a $25 rush fee will apply.

• Orders needed within two days may incur a $20 rush fee if we are able to fulfill them.

• Orders cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled pickup will forfeit the deposit.
