Playfully tart yet pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic has an excellent balanced acidity and a crisp, lemon flavor and aroma. Fabulous with seafood, in dressings or in mixed drinks. Use in marinades, cocktails, shrubs, mixed drinks or simply add a splash to sparkling water.

Pairs well with garlic olive oil, lime, lemon, basil, Tuscan Herb, or our Baklouti olive oil. Makes a fantastic contribution to salad dressings or marinades! Aged up to 12 years!
