8" Single Layer Cake

Our 8" single layer cakes are crafted with care using clean, high-quality ingredients and are perfect for any occasion. Inspired by traditional Italian-style baking, we use our premium extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegars to create cakes that are not only rich in flavor, but thoughtfully made for a more balanced, wholesome indulgence.

Each cake is served in a disposable tray with a lid and can be easily transferred to your own display plate if desired.  Please NOTE: We no longer write on cakes, you may choose a themed cake topper in our store or a local party store.

How to Order

Please write your desired cake flavor in the Notes Section at checkout. If you forget, email us or contact us by phone at 803-547-6606 (between 9 AM – 6 PM during business hours). Please do not leave a voicemail.

Be sure to also include:

• Any allergies

• Date and time of pickup (or click “edit cart” to select)

Order Timing & Rush Policy

A minimum 3-day notice is required for all cake orders unless the item is already in stock. Please call the store for current availability.

We will keep select flavors available as staples for last-minute purchases when possible.

Need your cake sooner? Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability:

• Next business day: $25 rush fee

• Within 2 business days: $20 rush fee

Ingredients

Our cakes are made with a gluten-free flour blend of non-GMO ingredients, including:
Cane sugar, rice flour, corn starch, rice starch, tapioca starch, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and xanthan gum
(Chocolate cakes include cocoa powder)

We proudly use:

• Robust Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus our Lemon Fused, Orange Fused, and Lime infused if you choose those flavors

• Aged Flavored Balsamic Vinegars

• Coconut Milk
