Our cupcakes are 100% gluten-free and inspired by traditional Italian baking, where extra virgin olive oil is used instead of heavy fats to create incredibly moist cakes with rich flavor. Every cupcake is made using our Robust Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils and aged balsamic vinegars, giving our desserts a unique depth of flavor you won’t find in traditional bakeries.
Our recipes typically use coconut milk, but we are happy to substitute water or another milk option upon request—just leave a note at checkout. Cupcakes can also be made dairy-free and egg-free upon request, making them a great option for a variety of dietary needs.
We bake using non-GMO gluten-free flour blends and carefully selected ingredients to create delicious desserts with simple, wholesome ingredients.
We proudly bake without artificial food dyes, corn syrup, soy flour, or soy oil.
Cupcakes must be ordered one flavor per 4-pack.
We try to keep the following cupcakes regularly available in our bakery case, so if you want a mix of flavors in a single 4-pack you can purchase directly in-store when available:

If ordering from the website, please choose one flavor per 4-pack or one flavor per mini 12 pack.

Fruit filling is optional and must be requested.
Available fillings may include:

Lemon Curd or Lime Curd
Ganache or Caramel or Icing
If you prefer flavored icing instead of fruit filling, please include that request in the comments, email us, or call the store.
Please note:
Triple Chocolate, Birthday Cake, and Cookies n’ Cream cupcakes are not filled.
Mini cupcakes cannot be filled.
Our gluten-free cake flour blend contains non-GMO ingredients, including:
Cane Sugar, Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Rice Starch, Tapioca Starch, Vanilla, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Xanthan Gum. Chocolate cakes also include cocoa powder.
Because we commonly use coconut milk and some nut-based ingredients, please notify us in advance if you have coconut or nut allergies.

All cupcake orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
If ordering within 72 hours, please call the store to see what we have available in the bakery case.
If we need to bake a custom order or adjust staffing to accommodate a last-minute request, a rush fee may apply.
Rush Fees:
Next business day orders: $25 rush fee (if accommodated)
Orders needed within two days: $20 rush fee (if accommodated)
Orders 3 days or more in advance will not incur a rush fee
