Order Timing

A minimum 72-hour notice is required for all cheesecake orders.

During high-volume holidays (including Thanksgiving and Christmas), we require a minimum of 7 days notice to ensure quality and availability.

Rush Orders & Cancellation Policy

Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability:

• Next business day: $25 rush fee
• Within 2 business days: $20 rush fee

Orders canceled within 48 hours of scheduled pickup will forfeit the deposit.
