Dark Balsamic Vinegar brings a new dimension of flavor to your salmon!

1 pound salmon cut into 4 oz. filets
1/4 cup Blackberry Ginger or Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
Sea salt to taste

Combine balsamic vinegar, EVOO, lemon juice, garlic and sea salt. Coat salmon on both sides with mixture. (Marinate for awhile if you have the time.) Place salmon on broiling pan 4″ from broiler and broil 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes. If salmon is more than 1″ thick, you may need to turn once halfway through the broiling.
