Ingredients 3 pieces of bacon 2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Garlic Olive Oil 10 oz Brussels Sprouts, shredded ¼ c Traditional Balsamic Vinegar ¼ c water Salt and pepper to taste Directions 1. Heat oil over medium heat then add bacon and cook until brown but soft, 3-5 min. 2. Add Brussels Sprouts and sauté until crispy and brown, about 5 min. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Add Balsamic Vinegar and water, then cover and steam for 5 min.
